Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural Industrial Transformation And Upgrading In Underdeveloped Areas

Industrialization refers to the basic characteristics of the industrial expansion,structural transformation,output growth,urbanization and agricultural modernization in national or regional economic development in a special stage.It is also a goal for a underdeveloped country or region to enter the developed state.Rural industry,as a special industrial development model in a background of urban and rural division,is the key to the realization of Chinese industrialization.Since the reform and opening up,the rural industry has been formed.The sudden emergence of rural industrial has become an important part of Chinese industrial economy after more than 30 years’ leap-forward development.This paper analyzes the current situation and development direction of rural industrial transformation and upgrading in Ninghua.The analysis is based on the questionnaire survey data of Ninghua industrial,the relevant data of county statistical yearbook,case analysis and the study of documents.According to the SWOT,the paper also provides countermeasures for current situation and development goals of rural industry.One is to build the government platform by improving the policy system,financial service,poverty alleviation and personal training and also aspects.The second is to promote the sustainable development of rural industries through the development of circular economy,the hightening awareness of environment and the punishment intensifying.Third is to fully adjust the rural industrial layout,structure and development plan.Four is to guide rural industrial enterprises to learn independent innovation.At the same time,according to the existing problems in Ninghua,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestiongs for rural industries transformation and upgrading in the less developed areas,and also provides the reference for the industrialization of Ninghua and underdeveloped areas.
