Along with the social development and progress,the new generation of employees has gradually become the pillar of society,from all walks of life to become the most important productive forces.However,in the new generation of employees,because they have to accept education and good living environment so that they need not worry about for a living,and are engaged in the occupation choice,not only to consider the most basic,the most simple compensation and other factors,but also consider more comprehensive,meticulous,regardless of occupation growth or social identity,are within the scope of their consideration.More new generation employees are willing to choose those who have good reputation and can get more growth of decent work.The concept of decent work is put forward by the International Labour Organization,since the end of last century,experts,scholars of various countries in the world have to carried out the research,analysis and practical application of in-depth,and has gained remarkable achievements.Now,decent work has been concerned by more and more people in the society,for the new generation of employees,decent labor perception of their work has a great impact.Therefore,based on previous research results,this paper makes a research on the influence factors of decent labor perception,and the relationship between decent labor perception and employee engagement.This paper is not from a macro perspective on the analysis of decent work,but based on the micro level,with the characteristics of China's national conditions of decent work,from the perspective of decent work related to the perception,structure and employee engagement,and research and analysis,and on this basis to complete the work of decent work from macro to micro extension,further improve the theoretical system of decent work.In fact the practical operation is to the new generation of employees as the main research object,focuses on the analysis of the of decent work of cognitive and sensory,and then analyzes the decent labor perception results effect on the engagement,for enterprises to improve staff management level,enhance employee recognition of the extent and level of satisfaction,strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force and improve operating efficiency to provide effective methods and strategies.Through the analysis of the psychological needs of the new generation of employees,the government and enterprises to work together to improve the quality of work,to meet the needs of new generation of decent work,and provide effective practical solutions.Through literature research,interview method,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis method,from the perspective of the new generation of employees,the factors that affect the new generation of decent work perception are job returns,job load,career growth,professional recognition,organizational status,work environment,and employees of decent work,the higher the degree of engagement.Therefore,to let employees have a high degree of professionalism,enterprises should first from the impact of employee decent work perception factor,to enhance the employee's decent job perception,and then help companies better retain employees,so that employees can show greater ability to work in the work.
