| Mechanical manufacturing is prop and strategic industry, featured with its wide range, high correlation to other industries and promoting economic development. This industry has not only made outstanding contribution to the national economy, but also lead to readjustment of industry structure and improvement of the technical level of industry. The international competitiveness of China’s machinery manufacturing industry has significantly improved, while more attention should be paid on the many problems exist in industrial development. So it is of practical significance to explore the influencing factors of international competitiveness of the industry and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The paper uses quantitative research methods, qualitative research methods and comparative research methods to analyze the status quo of mechanical manufacturing’s international competitiveness, combine with the "Diamond Model" and the characteristics of the mechanical manufacturing, through the theoretical perspective and the Multiple regression model’s establishment analyze the main influence factors of international competitiveness of China’s mechanical manufacturing, the regression results show that FDI, R&D intensity and fixed investments have the most significant effect on industrial international competitiveness.FDI increase1unit, the international competitiveness will improve0.597unit; R&D intensity increase1unit, the international competitiveness will improve0.349unit; Fixed investments increase1unit, the international competitiveness will improve0.241unit. On the basis of the results, the paper puts forward the measures to promote China’s machinery manufacturing industry international competitiveness. Compared with the existing research, this paper refine the influence factors on international competitiveness of China’s mechanical manufacturing, forms innovation of contents and makes the theory relatively rigorous. |
