Withthe rapid development of Chinese economy,uneven distribution of medical resources,large population aging,health foodis noticed significantly,while the health food market sales rise steadily,and the health food industry competition is increasingly fierce,resulting in quality problems of health food becoming prominent.In this paper,firstly,through the literature retrieval,it comprehends the domestic and foreign research findings of health food,food safety and food quality management.Secondly,it presents health food,health food quality standards,food quality and safety,the general quality problems and influencing factors of health food,total quality management theory,the health food quality management specificity.Thirdly,through the analysis,it comes to a conclusion that currently in C health food production enterprise,there are three principal problems of quality management: deficiency of quality management consciousness,quality management process trifle,poor implementation of quality management.Finally,through the analysisof the causes of the problem,it put forward the ideato improve the quality management system,bythe thoughtof the train of the pre-production,production and post-production.And the hardware safeguards of acquirement and adjustment of production equipment,updating and verification of test instruments,optimization and modification ofproduction process;the softwaresafeguards of the quality culture being put into the corporate culture,quality parameters being added to performance rewards and punishment,streamlining the optimization of quality system,ensure raising thequality management in C health food production enterprise,with the help of the government's regulatory power,by the way of cooperating with the government's regulation to carry out special rectification and seeking the support from government's professional and technical sectors.The aim of this paper is to research the quality management in C health food production enterprise and solve the practical problems,eventually can realize promoting the quality management in C health food production enterprise with lead-in TQM theory,so as to improve product quality,strengthen market competition,improve the profitability.
