As the national macro adjustment of industrial structure and the supply side structural reform demand continuously strengthen,the new normal is a time in the present and the future big logic of economic development in China."Capacity,inventories,deleveraging,cost reduction,short board" proposes a bigger challenge for car manufacturing.Building new system of industry proposed at 18 the fif:th plenary session and speeding up the construction of manufacturing powerhouse,put forward higher requirements on manufacturing enterprise.If Manufacturing enterprises try to meet the requirements of the external environment,it needs the support of the corresponding human resources.As an important and proactive work in the human resources management,to study Employee career development will develop the enterprise human resources better,and send more valuable human capital to the enterprise.At the same time,for the labor-intensive manufacturing enterprise,the stability of the employees is crucial to its development.Implement employee growth path is the application of the employee career development theory in the enterprise.System implementation of staff growth path in the enterprise is not much,but its effective implementation will be very beneficial to the development of the enterprise.Therefore,the paper regards XR company as the research object,trying to make a systematic investigation and analysis on the present situation and existing problems of the staff growth path implementation,and formulating the corresponding improvement Suggestions.The paper adopt the method of interview and questionnaire survey to collect out of the problems that exist in the implementation of XR company staff growth path.there are two problems below,one is the lack of the subsequent examination and constant encouragement for the employee already included in the growth path the other one is that the staff personnel skills of ascension is not closely combining the reality of enterprise development and the demand in the implementation of the growth path.According to the related theory analysis.The main reason is the lack of corresponding appraisal system to support the effective implementation of the growth path of employees,and the lack of growth path sequence targeted incentives and targeted training for the employees.After analyzing the cause of the main problems in the implementation of XR company staff growth path,the Paper combines with the relevant theoretical knowledge and XR company employee career development practice,formulated the corresponding Suggestions to improve the staff growth path and promote its effective implementation,so as to support the long-term steady development of XR company.There are two Improvement Suggestions below:one is to establish a staff growth path implementation appraisal system;the other is the optimization of the personnel training work for them.In this paper,the thought and the improvement Suggestions for the staff growth path can not only provide effective implementation of XR company staff growth path with certain guidance,but also provide the reference for the enterprise that having implemented the staff growth path or not having implemented the staff growth path.
