With the rapid development of port C company,the company need a growing staff,require employees are innovative and competitive,in order to meet company needs to carry out the growth management work.The promotion of human resources is the root of driving the development of the economy as a whole,the sustainable development is the problem that managers focus on human resources.This article reveals the downward economic situation in the industry,companies rely on staff development,only to help employees get rapid growth in the company,we can only reach personal and C port the win-win situation of the company.By reference to a large number of literatures,this paper sum up experience,to establish C port characteristics of employees in the company growth system,improve staff growth method are discussed in this paper.From C port status of the company,this paper according to find loopholes,problem analysis,finally to put forward the train of thought for research of solution.Employees through C port company based data changes and growth data,using the data,the mutual connection and comparison between pulse C port staff growth management present situation,the company staff in the administrative promotion,title promotion and professional technology level promotion speed slowly.In order to find the C port growth problems existing in the management and staff of the company staff sampling investigation,and collect questionnaire results,find out the main problems and weak links of the employee growth management.An in-depth analysis on the existing problems of its root causes,backward management reform underpowered,management system,attention degree is not high,backward management method,management system applicability have limitations.Based on C port company employee growth management problems,staff growth management design scheme is put forward,based on the training work,and establish a perfect career management work,the combination of concrete from the management idea,management system and management methods,and establish a full perspective of growth environment improvement design.In order to guarantee the successful implement of staff growth management,this article from the perspective of employee reward,psychological counseling,and wage policy guarantee measures are put forward,and help employees grow management smooth landing.
