Under the background of economic globalization,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.And the comprehensive quality of enterprise employees has more and more influence on the competitiveness of enterprises.Staff training plays an important role in knowledge and skills of the staff to update and improve,the excavation and cultivation of creativity and innovation spirit,the specification and strengthening of the code of conduct and responsibility consciousness.It is an inevitable choice to make high quality employees to compete in the knowledge economy times.Based on Daqing CJ company as the research object,this paper uses the staff training related theory,and combines with Daqing CJ company's basic situation to analyze the problems existing in Daqing CJ company training.This paper believes that training is a system.It contains training demand,training plan,training implementation,and training effect evaluation.We can solve the problems in the training through analysis and optimization of the content.So this paper analyzes problems and sets questionnaire from four aspects: the training demand,training plan,training implementation,training effect evaluation.There are four main types of problems: inadequate training needs,unscientific training program management and coordination,training implementation support's and expected effect's reduction because of cognitive differences,and incomplete training effect evaluation.If we can't deal with these problems in time,they will easily affect the long-term development of Daqing CJ company.It will cause the disconnection between talents and demands.It will lower the overall strength of the enterprise.Through in-depth research,we should put forward countermeasures from four aspects mainly including to meet the demand of staff training,scientific coordination and management of training programs,to improve training implementation support and expected results of new ideas,and fully to explore the training effect evaluation incentive function.
