agricultural land resources allocation efficiency is low.In order to solve the above problems,we should tackle the dilemma of "how to grow and grow",cultivate new business entities,including family farms with family contract as the main body,and build a new type of large-scale,intensive,specialized and socialized Agricultural management,it is particularly important.However,the development of family farms calls for the formation of a family farmer team that is different from traditional farmers,with higher overall quality and understands management and manages high human capital and can effectively avoid risks.Therefore,it is hoped that this study will clarify the mechanism and effect of human capital factors on family farms in family farms,so as to provide decision-making basis for the government to formulate policies to promote the development of family farms,give the training strategies of family farmers,The development of family farms under the practical needs.In recent years,practice has also shown that family farms are faced with problems that are difficult to sustain.This paper,from the perspective of human capital,first combs the research of family farms and human capital,defines the scope of family farms and agricultural human capital.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of family farms based on human capital perspective.Then,This paper analyzes the mechanism and effect of human capital factors on the evolution and development of family farms,and analyzes the impact of family farm operators on the income of family farms from the micro-specific characteristics of human capital.Finally,according to the above research to draw the corresponding conclusions and targeted policy recommendations.In this paper,it is found that human capital has an important influence on the formation and development of family farms.Human capital promotes the evolution of family farms through the interaction with system,agricultural production technology and other material production factors.It is found that the human capital of family farmers has an important influence on the income of family farms,but not all of them are directly related.The performance of the family farmer has an important impact on the operation of the family farm.Generally speaking,the higher the management ability of the family farmer,the better the family of human capital in family farm.This section first analyzes the status quo of human capital in China through data,and then explains the mechanism of human capital formation in family farms and divides human capital into different types on household farms.In addition,this chapter also introduces the status quo of family farms based on case analysis from the perspective of human capital.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the interaction mechanism between human capital and family farm evolution and development.From the macroscopic point of view,this paper discusses the importance of agricultural human capital and family farms for China's economic development,and then examines the interaction mechanism between other input factors and human capital elements of family
