age will affect the family farm scale,level of education is a positive effect on the overall scale of family farm;for 200 acres to 500 acres of the family farm operations are larger in male than female;for age,on the whole is not significant,but significantly increased the family size in different size.From the land circulation factors,into the land territory and to find the village committee,to solve the contradiction of land transfer,land transfer,land type period period cognition and rents will have an impact on the scale of family farm,and the classification,different factors have different effects on different scales.From the point of family farm management,whether the family farm is registered and whether the rent is on time have an impact on the scale of the family farm operation.Factors of public services and functions from the government,whether to enjoy preferential policies,whether to provide social services and insurance production also affect the scale of family farm is provided,which is family farmers enjoy preferential policies has a positive impact on the whole,whether to provide social services for 200 to 500 acres of farm families have a negative
