In recent years,with the rapid development of network and digital technology in China,the network media(including traditional media)is becoming more and more popular,and the supervision of public opinion is becoming more and more strict.As a large state-owned energy enterprise with monopoly characteristics in our country,and in the reform of state-owned enterprises and the reform of electric power system,the power supply enterprise has been at the cusp of public opinion.Under the hubbub,trust crisis in power supply enterprises like Shadows.The topic of " monopoly,inefficient,profiteering" rise one after another,coupled with the current social interests of China's increasingly diversified demands,and value diversity as well as individual irrational expression in China has become increasingly prominent,making China's power supply enterprises in the cohesion of social consensus also becomes more difficult.These new features of the times have decided the challenge and pressure of China's power supply enterprises to follow the law of public opinion guidance,guard against the risk of public opinion,avoid malicious speculation always coexist.Despite A power supply enterprise has made extensive attempts in the application of network media,micro-blog and WeChat public numbers and other new media to guide public opinion,but in general,in the aspect of the new normal understanding of the Internet,A power supply company is still inadequate,and public opinion risk management measures are not enough in-depth study.Making it difficult to adapt to the current new media interactive,social,visualization of the new trend,the company's brand maintenance work is still facing many challenges.Therefore,this paper focused on the characteristics of the current multi-dimensional spread of the Internet.First of all,from the basic concept of network public opinion management and related theory,not only introduced the meaning and characteristics of network public opinion,but also summarizes the elements,the essence and the way of formation and dissemination.Then closely around the current situation of China's power supply enterprises network public opinion management,made a deep research on the strategy of the network public opinion management in the power supply enterprise of our country.Finally,taken a typical case of public opinion in A power supply company as a clue,pointed at the process design for public opinion management,as well as studied the monitoring of the network public opinion in advance,in response to things and after the management.Hope that through the research results of public opinion risk management,can enhance the power supply enterprise's public opinion guidance and risk management ability,and to provide a useful reference to prevent the phenomenon of rumor cover up the truth.
