With the pace of reform and opening up accelerating,led to the continuous development of China's market economy,and China's current market economy has reached an unprecedented height,the development of enterprises and international standards,the former management philosophy is no longer suitable for today's Chinese enterprises,today's enterprise management should rise to the height of strategic management in order to continue to follow the trend of the market economy.The main direction of strategic management development is mainly market and fair.In the past,the enterprise development strategy should focus on the integration of internal resources and external environment.Today's enterprise development strategy should focus on the matching of internal comprehensive strength and external resources,and combine this integration with the future development of enterprises to form a modern enterprise strategy The development of ideas.LDK Group is a global manufacturer of large-scale photovoltaic products,the company in a short period of time,experienced a rapid development of the explosion,but with the industry market fluctuations,as well as their own problems,the group eventually entered the bankruptcy reorganization process.The development process of PV enterprises in China has a more general representation,analysis of LDK Group LDC strategic management issues,and summed up the relevant lessons learned,has important reference significance and universal significance.In this paper,based on the related data and documentaries in the production process,using the methods of literature research,investigation,and systematic analysis,at first I aim to present the domestic and foreign current relevant theories and methods on strategic management.Then I try to analyze LDK through the whole process of the inception,development,prosperity,and recession,and finally I provide a comprehensive introduction of LDK's overall strategy and the specific strategies of market development.Through a variety of objective data and practical situation,I systematically introduce LDK's overall strategy and the detailed strategies such as those related to market development.Through SWOT analysis and five forces model analysis,I pointed out the existing problems in the process of formulation,implementation and control in the strategic management.At the end of this paper,combined with the relevant requirements of enterprise strategic management,and through summarizing the experience and lessons of LDK's in strategic management,I put forward some enlightenments and suggestions on the strategic management of enterprises.The highlight of this paper is the topic itself,which is based on demand trend of the strategic management among domestic enterprises.Based on the failure experience of LDK,I analyze the problems and shortcomings existing in the strategic management process,and put forward the suggestions and enlightenments such as that when making the strategic management,the enterprise should be combined with the actual business and should adjust continuously based on the dynamic changes in the external market environment.
