Human resources as an important resource for enterprise development strategy,one of its business development strategy and market competition plays an important role.With the continuous development of society and economy,employees pay more attention to the development of personal career.Therefore,for enterprises,in order to keep and attract outstanding talent,need to pay more attention to the career development of employees.For enterprises,the competition between enterprises is the essence of talent competition.Talent competition becomes the core factor of enterprise market competitiveness.This paper studies the career development management of Huatai Construction Staff as the research object.Through the comprehensive analysis and found that Huatai construction workers at this stage of career management there are several issues: First,the quality of personnel is not high,job set staff does not match;Second,the lack of staff career development planning management,staff career development The third is the lack of effective inventory of talent,performance management ineffective;Fourth,the lack of targeted training mechanism,lack of protection of staff career development.In order to further enhance the professional management ability of Huatai Construction Staff,this paper starts from the company level and employee level respectively.First,from the company level,Huatai construction needs from the following points: First,to achieve post classification management,to build staff career development of dual channel;Second,the construction of employee career development qualification system,standard qualification management;Third,strengthen the staff vocational training,improve staff ability;Fourth,the construction of talent inventory system,dynamic tracking talent development.From the staff level,employees need to strengthen the career planning personnel,take the initiative to plan their personal career,to maintain the driving force of continuous learning to enhance the comprehensive ability and quality of self.In order to ensure the smooth development of Huatai Construction Staff's career development management,this paper puts forward the relative safeguard measures,such as raising the attention of senior leaders to the career development of employees,establishing market-oriented and ability-oriented salary incentive system and optimizing performance management system.The effect of inventory and so on.The research of this paper will help to further optimize the human resources management system of Huatai Construction Enterprise,improve the staff's job ability and satisfaction by improving the employee's career management system,and realize the management goal of human resource management to support the development strategy of the company.At the same time,this paper also provides reference for the career development planning and management of employees in related industries.
