With the arrival of knowledge economy,human resource is becoming increasingly important.As a result,how to manage personnel efficiently and make a close connection between human resource management and business strategies become two huge problems needed to be faced by the enterprise managers.Traditional human resource managing model has shortages in the selection,training,keeping and using of the talants.bad for the development of the talants.While qualification certification system solves the problem in traditional human resource management.Through the management of talents' abilities and effective encouragement for talant development,it creates a win-win result between talants and corporations.This article focuses on the construction and implementation of qualification system in HX,effectively proving the significance of qualification system in human resource management through the comparison between situations in human resource management before and after HX introduced qualification into itself.The article firstly introduces relevant principals of qualification management in order to lay a theoretical foundation of the construction and implementation of qualification system.Then it demonstrates the necessity of bringing in qualification system by HX through the introduction of the operation and human resource management before HX brought in qualification system.Thirdly,the article systematicaly explains how HX brings in the qualification system and analyses changes in other human resource modules,before demonstrating the significant meaning of the implementation of qualification system on the management of selection,training,performance and salary,thus effectively proving that the implementation of qualification means a lot to the talent construction for a corporation and can create a winwin situation for both the enterprise and its personnel.In the end,the article not only analyses the shortages of HX in its carrying out of the qualification system through questionnaires,but also provides basic solutions for relevant issues and related reference for similar enterprises in our country.
