Study On The Path Of New Urbanization In Yingtan City

Urbanization level,representing a country or a region's economic development from the industrial revolution has officially entered people's field of vision with hundreds of years of development and has almost become a kind of development trend.China has ushered the rural development in the new road of the new town in the exploration of urban,which has experienced decades of traditional urbanization rapid development.The new town,facing the traditional urbanization brought about problems is seeking solutions to protect the city long-term,stable,healthy and sustainable development.In Yingtan,one of the important cities in Jiangxi province is called "world copper",and is the center of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic circle.In the transportation hub,it is the key path of our western and central country,stepping in the central part of the Haixi Economic Zone,and also has the location advantage of Economic Zone.It is good for exploring the new urbanization path with a good development background.Currently,although the urbanization level of the Yingtan City is slightly higher than the average level of Jiangxi Province,it still has distance from other key cities.Therefore,how to choose a suitable and new path for the Urbanization to promote the development of Yingtan City is the main purpose of this paper.Firstly,this paper the first points out the research background and significance,to explore the domestic and foreign urbanization theory research,and the theoretical basis on exploring the new urbanization development at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper is aimed to sum up the analysis model of urbanization of the basic meaning and related theory basis.Thirdly,the purpose of reviewing Yingtan City in the past few years of urbanization construction to point out that there are some achievements and problems--development of fragmented,single industry development,uncoordinated production of city in the process of urbanization construction.Forth,analyze the development experience in domestic and foreign cities and towns through the list of representatives of countries,cities or regional urbanization success and failure reasons,to summarize the new urbanization development experience and revelation.Finally,according to the current situation development in Yingtan City,we learn the development experience at home and abroad,and put forward the new urbanization suitable for Yingtan city.
