In the global scope,the corporate social responsibility movement has been swept,and the problem of corporate social responsibility has been paid more and more attention.As is beneficial to the people's livelihood of the pharmaceutical industry,with the recent "Amazingel" and "Houttuynia injection event" and other medical accidents,make the public "talk about drug discoloration".These events show that China's pharmaceutical industry is not optimistic about the status of social responsibility.At the same time,with the continuous development of the economy and the increasingly fierce market competition environment,the enterprise stakeholders demand has become increasingly diversified,enterprises in order to better allocation of resources,and better fulfill their social responsibilities,improve their ability to innovate is imperative.However,in reality,corporate executives because of differences in gender,salary,political background and other characteristics led to their management style and behavior difference of input factors and the influence of development of enterprise innovation ability is the most important,more easily affected by the characteristics of top managers of different.In this paper,the pharmaceutical industry is studied to improve the level of corporate social responsibility in the pharmaceutical industry.First of all the senior officials and the innovation ability of enterprises,corporate social responsibility and related theories are reviewed,which laid the foundation of this theory;secondly,on the basis of relevant theory put forward the hypothesis,and select the gender,executive compensation and executive political background as the research variables,selected as the corporate social responsibility the dependent variable,select the R & D investment as an intermediary variable;again by 2012-2015 of China's pharmaceutical industry listed formula data mediating effects on the innovation ability of the enterprise,to verify the relationship between executive characteristics on the impact of corporate social responsibility,finally obtains the effect of gender on executive innovation capability and corporate social responsibility is not significant executive compensation;characteristics of positive influence on innovation capability and corporate social responsibility;positive influence on the political background of executives The conclusion of corporate innovation and corporate social responsibility.Moreover,the innovation ability of enterprises plays a partial intermediary role between the executive characteristics and corporate social responsibility.
