Commercial Banks play an important role in China's modern financial market services,and the development of our economy requires the participation of commercial Banks.For a long time,commercial Banks in the performance management,often use the traditional method,especially for only to examine the financial indicators,ignored the Banks facing the internal and external environment is also the need for the inspection.Therefore,Chinese commercial Banks want to make a breakthrough on the performance through more effective performance management method to improve the bank's performance and play the role of incentives,will need to have a scientific performance appraisal way,the birth of the balanced scorecard for performance evaluation of commercial Banks provides effective tools.The QS branch of the postal bank is a secondary branch of a national bank,facing intense market competition and a need to improve performance management.This study focuses on the performance management of the QS branch in the introduction of balanced scorecards to help commercial Banks achieve more tangible benefits.In this article,through the method of case study,detailed analysis was carried out on the post office QS branch,eventually formed a set of suitable for post office QS branch of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system,through the in-depth analysis of the present study,mainly for the following research and conclusion.First of all,this research on performance management and the balanced scorecard method were introduced related theory,mainly for the conceptual principles associated with this study in-depth introduction,at the same time,four dimensions of balanced scorecard contains and advantages were expounded,and the post office for research QS branch laid a theoretical foundation and application of the balanced scorecard theory support.Secondly,this research with the help of questionnaire and interview for the post office QS branch current performance management situation and establish performance evaluation system,and in-depth understanding of the relevant problems existing in performance management and sort out firsthand material.This study on the analysis of post office QS branch current performance management situation,found that on the basis of QS branch performance evaluation method is not scientific,the results did not correct use,communication between evaluation object,evaluation index system design of the existence of such problems as unreasonable,and put forward to strengthen communication,perfecting examination system and the establishment of the index weight system of QS branch,etc.After elaborated the above situation,the design of the introduction of the balanced scorecard,and elaborates the four dimensions of balanced scorecard,including theselection of indicators,experts in anticipation of index validity,application level,the results of calculation and so on,finally this study design a set of relatively perfect system of the balanced scorecard.Finally,through the analysis of the QS branch situation,this study proposed the balanced scorecard in the applicability of the QS branch,to evaluate the application of the new evaluation system,and puts forward some safeguard measures and future need to pay attention to in the process of continued,the main points of the post office QS branch for the future of the development strategy and the realization of the strategic objectives provide a reference.Innovation of this article lies in according to the characteristics of the post office QS branch,set up and the corresponding weights are different from the previous studies,in order to guarantee the balanced scorecard,uniform and scientificness of four aspects in this paper,on the index and weight for the undifferentiated,ensures that the weight of each index and reasonable balance.In addition,the general bank performance management to the staff appraisal and bonus,in this paper,the design of the balanced scorecard can be used for bank shareholders,depositors and regulators and other stakeholders to use,provide a reference for stakeholder value.
