At present,China’s postal and express industry is leading the scale in the world,the process of high-quality development is accelerating,and the service function is constantly enhanced.Carrying out performance management and building a scientific assessment system can fully stimulate the work enthusiasm and initiative of employees,expand the company’s talent team,and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.This paper starts with the performance management and other related theoretical research,combined with the performance management assessment method,to build a set of performance management system for G company in line with the company’s strategic goals and positioning.This paper introduces the research background and significance,conducts the literature review of performance management theory research,assessment method research and applied research,summarizes the research content and method,and puts forward the innovation points and research technology route of this paper.The theoretical basis and literature related to performance management are systematically reviewed.This paper using the questionnaire combed the present situation of G company performance management,summarizes the existing problems and deficiencies,problems mainly include:performance management not closely related with the company’s strategic objectives,management and employees lack of effective communication,performance appraisal evaluation index design unfair,performance feedback employee satisfaction is low,the effect in the performance application is not obvious.Combined with the reality of G company performance management,the application of balanced scorecard method and key performance index method redesign performance management system,in turn,determine the company target,department level and employee key performance appraisal indicators,and then the new design performance management system implement safeguard measures,to ensure effective implementation of the system.In this paper,by decomposed the strategic objectives of G company layer by layer,the performance indicators of the company are well completed at all levels.At the same time,this paper applies two performance management methods —— balanced scorecard method and key performance index method to build a performance management system,which provides guidance and reference for other companies to solve problems related to performance management.
