Abusive supervision climate may affect creativity through team creativity efficacy,and creativity job requirement can moderate this mediated relation.The sample was obtained from 236 employees paired with 68 teams' supervisors from different industries.The results suggested that(1)team creative efficacy completely mediated the relationship between abusive supervision climate and employee creativity;(2)creativity job requirement moderated the relationship between abusive supervision climate and team creative efficacy;specially,compared with high creativity job requirement,this effect is stronger when the creativity job requirement is lower;(3)the mediation effect of team creative efficacy on the relationship between the abusive supervision climate on employee creativity is stronger when creativity job requirement is low rather than high.This study is helpful for us to know well factors influencing employee creativity through integrating the relationship between abusive supervision climate,creativity job requirement,team creative efficacy and employee creativity.Meanwhile,this study also can provide suggestions for organization and companies to improve employee creativity. |
