With the rapid development of the Internet and the transformation and upgrading of China's economy,the enterprise external environment is rather uncertain,the competition between enterprises are increasingly fierce,in such a critical moment,innovation for the long-term development of enterprises play an extremely important role.At present,by stimulating the individual creativity and create innovation driving force of the whole organization,improve the innovation performance of enterprise,thus make the enterprise to obtain continuous competitive advantage and successful transformation,this already became the consensus of the social from all walks of life.As a result,employees' creativity has become a decisive factor under the background of transformation to win the competitive advantage.Then,what factors would affect employee creativity? Through what way can improve the employee's creativity? It has become the focus of scholars and enterprise managers.Innovation will not happen overnight,however,the process of innovation must be accompanied by a certain amount of risk and uncertainty,employees in the process of carrying out innovation work will be hard to avoid all sorts of mistakes.If enterprise do not allow these errors occur,there is no doubt that employees in the face of innovation work will be scrupulous,and dare not to try boldly,which will greatly dampen employees' creative passion.In the face of error,the traditional approach is error prevention,that is,to make great lengths to avoid errors.In an increasingly complex and dynamic environment,this kind of strategy is not necessarily reliable to deal with errors.On the contrary,the core of error management is not to avoid any errors,but be positive in error.When errors occur,if the organization can tolerate a certain space of trial and error,to help employees grow from errors,which will stimulate the organization members' intrinsic motivation and creativity,and thus errors will become employees' source where they acquire innovative ideas,rather than a stumbling block on the way of innovation.For this reason,based on the error management,error management climate has begun to enter the research field of vision of scholars,the related theory and practice research also gradually be taken seriously.Among the many factors that influence employee creativity,organizational environment is an important influencing factor.What is the impact of the error management climate as asupportive organizational environment on employee creativity? The research in this area is relatively deficient.Judging from the existing research results,the inner mechanism of the management environment how to affect employee creativity analysis is not enough,researchers from the individual psychological perspective to research how error management climate to influence employees' creativity,but ignore the social interaction in the process.Therefore,based on previous research and existing limitations,this study along the individual psychological and social interaction mechanism two main line,with creative self-efficacy and knowledge sharing as intermediary variables correspondingly,discuss thire intermediary effect in the relationship between error management climate and employee creativity.First of all,based on the review of the literature of previous studies,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,and constructs theoretical model;Secondly,through the questionnaire survey to collect data,to empirically research hypothesis;Finally,summarize the conclusions of this study,the paper puts forward the corresponding management implications and limitations of this study,the future research was forecasted.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Organizational errors management climate has significant positive influence on employees' creativity.(2)Creative self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the influence of the error management climate on employee creativity.(3)Knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between error management climate and employees' creativity.(4)Knowledge sharing and creative self-efficacy play serial multiple mediators in the relationship between error management climate and employees' creativity.(5)Knowledge sharing has significant positive influence on employees' creative self-efficacy.Based on the above research conclusion,this study puts forward the theoretical guidance to the enterprise management practice.Enterprises should face up to errors in the inevitable fact,correctly treat errors,actively build effective error management climate,help employees learn from the errors and accumulate from the errors.On this basis,to stimulate creative self-efficacy of the members of the organization,so as to improve the creativity of employees.In addition,the organization should motivate and encourage the knowledge sharing behaviorof employees,by sharing knowledge,enhance the innovative ability of organization members.
