| With the rapid development of the Internet industry,the turnover rate of Internet employees has also been a high trend.Which for the intellectual capital to obtain the competitiveness of the Internet business development is extremely unfavorable.In the past,the study on the turnover tendency of employees in the enterprise rarely involves the influence of organizational commitment and organizational support on the turnover tendency of Internet employees.Related research literature shows that organizational commitment and organizational support as an important psychological variables,can effectively affect the work of employees attitude and turnover.Therefore,this paper chooses the Internet enterprise employees as the research object,aims to explore the relationship between organizational support,organizational commitment and employee turnover intention.The research is divided into two parts:one is the theoretical research part,that is,researching the relevant research literature at home and abroad,combing the basic idea,the method and the result of the related research,on this basis to form the research,the hypothesis and the technical route;In this paper,184 valid samples were obtained by using the questionnaire survey,and the organizational commitment,organizational support and organizational support of Internet employees were tested by using factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis in SPSS.The relationship between turnover tendencies.The research conception and hypothesis of this paper are basically verified and the following main conclusions are drawn:1.The Internet employees to support the organization,organizational commitment to the emotional commitment,commitment to continuous commitment and normative commitment level is relatively high.Therefore,the Internet business managers should think about how to increase the organizational commitment of Internet employees and organizational support,thereby reducing the turnover rate of employees.2.Demographic variables in the qualifications and working years on the staffs commitment to sustained impact.Highly educated employees of the market competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises tend to be high-paying talent to retain talent,so that they continue to produce differences in commitment.For the years of work,the longer the longer the degree of desire for stability,the greater the commitment to them.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the organizational support and the three dimensions of organizational commitment,and the research hypothesis is validated and compared with the previous research conclusion.The relationship between the organizational support and the three dimensions of organizational commitment has a significant positive correlation.Phase is consistent.4.The Internet employees of the emotional commitment,commitment to continuous commitment and norms for the turnover of the existence of a significant negative correlation.However,the conclusions obtained by different research methods are inconsistent,only normative commitment has a significant negative correlation with turnover intention,and the relationship between emotional commitment and continuing commitment to turnover intention is not significant.This is inconsistent with the previous scholars’ findings,which may be due to the personality characteristics of Internet employees,and may also be related to the selected sample.According to the conclusion of this paper,this paper combines the characteristics of the Internet industry,the characteristics of employees to provide management advice for Internet business managers,and points out the limitations of this study and some prospects for future research. |
