Bei jing,a city with a fast developing and mysterious oriental cultural like a magnet attracts foreigners in diverse races.They come to Beijing for traveling,studying,working or living.People who come to Beijing bring the new elements and the problems inevitably.Nowadays,we live in an increasingly global,how to integrate with different cultures correctly?How to solve the problem of employment base on the climate of Beijing?How to improve the management system of foreigners in Beijing and perfect management model?All of these problems are need to consider urgently for building international metropolis to merge multicultural.As mentioned above,the problems arising from foreigners living and working in Beijing combined with the characteristics of globalization of current economic development analysis.To find out the current problems in the management of foreigners and on policy making as at present they are insufficient.In light of this I hope to see changes to the management of foreigners working and living in Beijing.During the study,using the literature research,case analysis research method.First of all,review and structured on the basis of relevant theories.Re defining the basic concept of management internationalization and foreign employment management;secondly,taking Beijing area as an example,the present situation,trend and impact of foreigners living and working combined with the development of the local economy and the new situations faced in Beijing in the future.Thirdly,based on the question forms find out the problem and liaise the reasons.Fourthly,Carry out comparative studies of the alien management systems in other countries.Based on the analysis of the characteristics in the foreigner management system internationally a few developed countries find our countries foreign employment management system is not as developed,and puts forward suggestions for improvement of internationalization.Finally,to summarize this research put forward the direction for the future of Beijing foreign employment management.
