The energy problem has become a problem facing the world,energy depletion,environmental pollution,solar photovoltaic power generation has incomparable advantages,the government supports the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects,in solving the energy shortage,the preliminary results have achieved the protection of ecology the environment.Due to the photovoltaic power generation by objective conditions,leading to the site increased risk,in order to effectively control the risk,increase the investment profit of unit of development of national electric power industry,the necessary investment risk identification and analysis the key is to build distributed photovoltaic power plant.In this paper,20MWWeinan high tech Development Zone distributed photovoltaic project as an example,the main analysis of the photovoltaic power generation project investment risk,the connotation and characteristics of photovoltaic power plant investment project risk formation,photovoltaic power plant investment project risk and risk type review,discusses the general situation of Weinan 20MWdistributed solar photovoltaic power generation projects,on the basis of this analysis.Weinan 20MWdistributed solar photovoltaic project risk identification and risk assessment,using the checklist method and expert scoring method for the case of project risk evaluation,finally proposed the Weinan 20MWdistributed solar photovoltaic power project investment risk prevention and control measures.It is hoped that this research can drive the research of investment risk of distributed solar photovoltaic projects in China,and provide reference for the establishment of distributed solar photovoltaic project investment risk prevention and control in prefecture level cities.
