Research On The Partnership Between Flower Wholesalers And Retailers Effect On The Supply Chain Performance

With the improvement of our income and quality of life,the development have increased significantly in recent years.China has become the biggest country of flower production,and the growth of domestic demand is much more than the flower export,which means that Chinese,especially the city residents,buying habits and demand has been gradually training and developing.Circulation channel is very important of the flower supply chain,because of the planting area and timeliness,and most of our flower supply chain wholesale market plays a real main role in it.Which means the cooperation of the wholesalers and retailers is likely to affect the whole supply chain performance.The purpose of the study is exploring the influencing on supply chain performance form partnerships,the partnership between flower wholesales and retailers has been divided into three dimensions to explore their influence on the performance,and trying to find the dimensions of themselves,then offer some suggestions for wholesalers and retailers on developing relationship and management on supply chain in the future.This paper has summarized the basic theory and collected different measurement methods,point of view at home and abroad,and put forward five assumptions set a structural equation model of this research.Taking flower wholesale market in Tianjin as an example,investigation of 152 questionnaires,then using SPSS software and AMOS software to prove the reliability and validity of the research,get the result of demographic factors;at last of this research uses the AMOS software to calculate the path coefficient between each latent variable,fortunately all of the hypothesis of the research have been supported.The three dimensions of partnership:trust,information sharing and stability have positive effect on the supply chain performance,and between themselves:information sharing effect on trust,trust also has positive effect on stability.Finally,according to the empirical analysis conclusion and research results puts forward some opinions for wholesalers and retailers of flower supply chain in these day,also point out shortcomings of the research and the direction of future research.
