Research On The Relationship Among Supply Chain Partnership,Information Sharing And Supply Chain Performance

Supply chain management ideology is becoming more and more concerned with the rapid development of information technology and the ever-changing market environment.Information sharing is the basis of effective supply chain management,and coordinated partnership is the premise of information sharing for supply chain node companies.In addition,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to the impact of supply chain partnerships on information sharing.How do the two directly or indirectly affect the supply chain performance? The supply chain of manufacturing companies has higher requirements for partnership and information sharing.So,it is of important practical significance and theoretical value to study the mechanism of partnership and information sharing on supply chain performance with manufacturing as the research object.Based on a large amount of literature and existing scales,this paper builds a theoretical model of the relationship between partnership,information sharing,and supply chain performance on the basis of previous research.The partnership includes trust,commitment,and contract.Information sharing includes three dimensions of internal information sharing,sharing of information with suppliers,and sharing of customer information,and builds an overall supply chain performance evaluation system based on SCOR.Then,253 valid data were collected through questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis was performed on the sample data using SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0.The results show that the dimensions of trust and contract in supply chain partnerships have a significant positive impact on information sharing,and the degree of influence of trust is the greatest;information sharing has a significant positive effect on supply chain performance;and partnerships do not have an effect on supply chain performance.Have a direct positive effect.Finally,the authors analyzes the research results and puts forward the following management suggestions: improve the construction of trust mechanism to create a healthy competitive environment;strengthen investment in information technology funds and speed up the construction of internal information sharing system;standardize information sharing platform and strengthen the exchanges between node enterprises;optimize supply chain operation processes and streamline organization;take customers as the center and improve the service.
