| Under the fierce competition environment, continuously improving supply chain performance has become the source of power to motivate enterprises to add value and improve competitiveness. How to improve supply chain performance has become a key topic of enterprises then. Theoretical research and management practice found out the situation that partnership would affect the knowledge sharing between enterprises, which is supposed to have effect on the whole supply chain performance as well. But why partnership could affect the supply chain performance, through which path that partnership affect supply chain performance, the present research is not profound yet. Therefore, this study focuses on the path and mechanism that supply chain partnership affects supply chain performance.On the basis of sorting out related papers, the study builds conceptual model of relationships among supply chain partnership, knowledge sharing, environmental uncertainty and supply chain performance and proposes related hypotheses. This study is an empirical study that author investigated enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Wuhan area, using SPSS 20.0 statistical software to analyze the data of questionnaires for reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis and theoretical model.The empirical study results indicate that:(1) the supply chain partnership has positive effect on supply chain performance;(2) the supply chain partnership has positive effect on knowledge sharing;(3) environmental uncertainty moderating supply chain partnership on knowledge sharing;(4) knowledge sharing has positive effect on the supply chain performance;(5) environmental uncertainty isn’t moderating knowledge sharing on supply chain performance;(6) knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the supply chain partnership on the effect of supply chain performance. |
