The risk of the gasoline engine EFI system(GEEFIS)R&D projects is increasing,when the risk management and control of the GEEFIS R&D projects have not yet led to attentionby domestic enterprises.Although they have also taken some measures of risk management,mostof them do not meet the actual needs of enterprises,so little effect.Only by establishing the MSF risk control model and continuously improving the risk management process,domestic enterprisescan make sure that the GEEFIS R&D project is under the best security protection.Based on the theory of risk management and control of many R&D projects at home and abroad,aiming at the GEEFIS R&D projects,this article put forward the risk control structure based on the MSF model and the basic content and technical methods of the six modules of risk identification,risk analysis,risk planning,risk tracking,risk control and risk database.MSF modelcan use the activities of each module and the contact of each other,to deal with the risks of GEEFIS R&D projects in time and provide suggestions and improvement measures for future risk control.The specific process of risk management using the MSF model and the objectives and main activities of the five stages of risk planning,risk identification,risk assessment,risk management and risk monitoring are put forward.according to the actual situation of the GEEFIS R&D projects of Kesen company,this article put forward the specific implementation process,effect and countermeasure of the domestic enterprises through the process of the preparation,risk identification module construction,risk analysis module construction,risk plan module construction,risk track module construction,risk control module construction and risk knowledge database module construction in order to carry out risk control in the GEEFIS R&D project.This paper gives a detailed plan of implementing the MSF risk control model in gasoline engine design enterprises,and provides a clear and practical guidance on how to implement GEEFIS R&D project risk management and control.The research of this article has an important reference value for the GEEFIS R&D companies understanding the risk management process and the MSF risk control model,as well as using the MSF model to control risk.
