Since the reform and opening up,especially since the mid-1980 s,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China,the rural surplus labor has been transferred to cities and towns to participate in the industrialization and urbanization of China.As the subject of migrant workers,and the main force of economic construction,the issue of the quality of employment of the new generation of migrant workers has become one of the main problems in the field of employment in China at this stage.The problem of employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is not only related to the "three rural" problem solving,but also related to the success of the construction of urban and rural unified employment system and the healthy development of urbanization in China.On the basis of summarizing and commenting on the factors of the new generation of migrant workers,the concept of employment quality,the index of employment quality and the influencing factors of employment quality,this paper constructs the evaluation system of employment quality for the special group of new generation migrant workers.Based on the CLDS personal questionnaire data,this paper analyzes the five factors,such as working conditions,working environment,labor relations,social security,job satisfaction,and 21 secondary indicators.In this paper,principal component analysis and rapid clustering are used to analyze the differences in the quality of employment in different regions,sexes,ages and educational levels by household registration,regional,gender,age and educational level as the category variables.The results show that the quality of employment of non-farm laborers is significantly better than that of agricultural household workers.The quality of employment of the new generation of migrant workers in different regions is different,the western region is lowest,the eastern is the second,and the eastern is the best.There are differences in the quality of employment of the new generation of migrant workers in different age groups.The new generation of migrant workers in the professional run-in period the quality of employment is the highest level,career start is second,life period is the lowest.The quality of employment of female new generation migrant workers is better than that of male.The educational level of the new generation of migrant workers with different educational attainment is quite different.The quality of employment of new generation migrant workers from primary school to undergraduate are usually rising in turn.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers from the government,enterprises and the new generation of migrant workers.
