According to the investigation carried out by the National Bureau of Statistics, which involved31provinces, autonomous regions, in2012,there were about2.6261million migrant workers throughout our country, which increased9.83million, amounted to3.9%, compared with last year. At the same time, according to the sixth nationwide population census, in2010, there were70.45million external migrant workers in Beijing, which took up one third of all the permanent resident population in Beijing, and already became important power of Beijing city construction.Meanwhile, with the development of market economy, the elder migrant workers are existing from the labor market, the new-generation migrant workers, especially those who were born after1990are gradually becoming the main power of city construction. At the same time, with the marketization of industrial relations, the new-generation migrant workers are improving their conception of employment rights, turning from right claim to interest appeal.At present, there are many researches which focus on the elder migrant workers and new-generation migrant workers, ranging from employment to integration into urban society. However, researches which study the subjective world of the migrant wokers, describe their current employment rights condition, and use quantitive analysis method to analyze and compare the interior groups are seldom. Accordingly, this paper can enrich researches about migrant workers to some extent.This paper regards part of the new-generation migrant workers in Beijing as investigation object, and mainly covers3parts. Firstly, it puts emphasis on the interior difference of employment right conception among migrant workers. Secondly, it analyzes the reasons of the differences. Thirdly, it provides feasible advice from three aspects, the government, the society and the new-generation migrant workers themselves. This paper will contribute to prevent against mass incidence, regulate industrial relations, society harmony.
