The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has increasingly highlighted the role of high-quality labor resources in China's economy.However,as an important part of our country's labor force,migrant workers group is rapidly pushing forward the industrialization process of our country.In other words,migrant workers have become an important driving force for the growth of our national economy.As the 20 th century 80,born in the 90 s of the rural population gradually into urban jobs,as migrant workers in the epigenetic forces,the era of the new generation of migrant workers has been opened,they gradually become the focus of attention from all walks of life,so how to effectively management this group of the rise of new human resource issues worth pondering.At present,general large-scale enterprises for the management of migrant workers have a more perfect management system,but at the same time,due to the small and medium-sized enterprises in the aspects of organizational culture,management system,training and development,employee benefits,etc.there are still missing,resulting in a recruitment difficult,hard to keep people,workers frequent job hopping phenomenon in the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises generally,has seriously affected the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises,which has become the bottleneck of enterprises in the region as a whole economy steadily.Quanzhou is one of the typical cities of China's 18 reform and opening up.It is characterized by all kinds of enterprises in the city,the vast majority of small and medium enterprises,and private enterprises occupy a large share of the.Therefore,the research on the human resources management of the new generation migrant workers from the perspective of the small and medium enterprises in Quanzhou has a strong reality and necessity.This paper first defines the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises and the new generation of migrant workers,through the relevant theoretical research of enterprise human resources management,analysis of the typical characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers is different from the older generation of migrant workers,based on the analysis of the employment problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in Quanzhou,the development trend and the impact of small and medium sized enterprises in Quanzhou.Next to the small and medium enterprises in Quanzhou how to manage the new generation of migrant workers to study,the impact of various factors of the management are analyzed,and then summarized the impact of small and medium enterprises in Quanzhou the new generation of migrant workers the main factors of human resource management.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions for the new generation of migrant workers in Quanzhou.
