| Marketing service management has an important impacton the guaranteeof the power supply enterprise market service and the improvement of the profit level,it’s also important supportfor enterprises to enhance service levels,expand the market area.The implementation and promotion of the new electricity reform has brought a certain impact on the marketing service management of the power supply enterprises,and also put forward higher requirements.This paper aims to build a comprehensive evaluation system of marketing service management for power supply enterprises under the new electricity reform,and provide some guidance and reference for enhancing the management level of marketing service of the power supply enterprises.The main research results and contents are as follows:(1)The paper summarizes the content management system,the analysis system and the information management system of the marketing service management system of the power supply enterprises,and focuses on the comprehensive influence of the new electricity reform and the promotion of the marketing service management of the power supply enterprises,and analyzes the key policies,and carries out a certain excavation and analysisfrom the enterprise profit model,the overall impact of business model to the marketing service management in the long-term impact.(2)The paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of marketing service management forthe power supply enterprises,and selects the indexes from the aspects of line loss management,electricity management and newspaper management,and analyzes the connotation of evaluation index.(3)A comprehensive evaluation model of marketing service management for power supply enterprises based on combination weight TOPSIS method is proposed.The AHPIS model and the entropy weight methodare used to evaluate the weight of the index by using the analytic hierarchy process,the TOPSIS model is used to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation and the typical power supply area is selected.The applicability of the index system and the scientificity of the model are verified.(4)The paperputs forward the suggestions on the optimization and development of the marketing service management of the power supply enterprises under the new situation.And it makes a deep research and discussion on the construction of electricity collection system,the improvement of marketing service management business level,the information technology innovation service management mode and so on,which provides a reference for improving the management level of marketing service of the power supply enterprises.The research results can provide some reference for scientific evaluation of the marketing service management level of the power supply enterprises,and provide some guidance and reference for improving the marketing service management ability of power supply enterprises under the new situation. |
