Study On The Internal Circulation Of Cultivated Land In GuYang County

As an effective way to improve the efficiency of rural land use,optimize the efficiency of rural land allocation,and promote the rural economy,rural land circulation has gradually attracted people’s attention.In the early stage of reform and opening up,China’s land policy mainly in contract management and ownership separation,namely the state ownership of land,farmers have the right to land contractual management,with the continuous reform of the land system,the two power separation pattern gradually transformed into three right of land management rights,contract rights and ownership of the "division".At present,both of our country’s rural land circulation speed and scale in the rapid increase,and the main forms and the transfer is also increasingly diversified,largely driven by rural economic development,to the poor rural areas into a new economic activity.But can not be ignored is that a large number of non-agricultural capital has been introduced into the land transfer so that the interests of farmers have been seriously threatened,and thus the sustainable development of agriculture in China has formed a huge obstacle.Therefore,how to further improve the current agricultural land transfer mechanism is the urgent problem to be solved.The transfer of agricultural land is to maintain the land use in the case of the transfer of the main land management rights.In order to study the internal circulation of agricultural land,the author adopts the method of literature analysis,field survey and econometric model analysis to analyze the internal circulation of cultivated land in Guyang county through Spss software.After I went to Baotou city Guyang county investigation found that,in recent years in Guyang County,law of land transfer rate increased year by year,but that doesn’t necessarily mean that Guyang county land is heading in a good direction,of which there are many problems to solve.Through the study on the internal circulation of agricultural land in Guyang county the actual situation with understanding,find out the shortcomings,we analyze the influence factors of cultivated land transfer from macroscopic and microcosmic two layer,on the basis of recommendations,in general these feasible countermeasures are mainly the following points:clear land property specification,the internal circulation of rural land;improving the land circulation market;the development of non-agricultural industries,promote the increase of farmers’ income;improve the rural social security system and so on.
