For example of Guyang County in Baotou City, analyzed in detail and concluded that:In Guyang County, current three kinds of collective land contract operation rights transfer mode, there are enterprise plus farmer enterprises, direct business model, the villagers cooperative business model; Three modes in the short term to bring some economic benefits and effect to local farmers.
