The securities company,the competition between the clients to the service demand is higher and higher,on pure agent before the customer,no follow-up service mode,has been more and more do not conform to the requirements of the market.And investment adviser at the core of current marketing service work and leaders,the core customer service with the business department,investment adviser successful transformation,provide personalized,professional services,to improve the company's brand,increase the company's profits.However,through the analysis about the present situation of company development present situation,investment advisers,found the company business investment adviser post because it is hard to recruit people and have assessment and salary incentive mechanism,investment adviser job-hopping to other companies in the same industry.Company investment consultant of the three major problems:lack of professional level,unreasonable appraisal system,the lack of long-term retention mechanism.securities company headquarters is located in shenzhen,has branches all over the country.By the end of 2015,the sales number 175.At present,the company is in top position in the industry,all securities companies in China in 2015,the net profit industry ranked the sixth,seventh annual trading volume industry.But as the Internet account opening to huatai securities,sinolink securities,such as Oriental fortune securities "Internet + brokers" model of securities firm market share significantly increased.And securities companies focus on building the investment consultant team,led by service marketing model,but can't give full play to the role,or even face investment advisor to the plight of rival companies.Business investment consultant team is not stable,have a bad impact on company market share and net profit.Based on the securities sales department investment consultant as the research object,using literature induction analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey method.Found that there exist some problems in the assessment and salary incentive mechanism.This paper argues that if securities firms want to increase investment adviser enthusiasm,make investment adviser more spontaneous work,improve the quality of customer service,the securities companies shall be established in the sales department internal training,on assessment index is introduced into "the introduction of relative growth rate of net assets and the csi 500 index",examine personal income,optimizing long-term retention mechanism,for outstanding wealth advisers,can proper allocation of profits and equity incentive,to keep good investment adviser.In this paper,the adaptive compensation distribution system and the securities company to investment advisers earnings and stock recommendations,belongs to the innovative idea in the securities industry.Hope that this article research,evaluation of securities investment advisory company salary incentive mechanism can sprang out effect,investment consultant team for the future of the development of dedication.
