Study On Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Production Outsourcing Behavior Under Peasant Differentiation Background

China has so many agricultural populations as a traditional country,so the agricultural problem is the fundamental problem in China,the development of agriculture has close link with foundation of national economy.The agricultural production efficiency has a great impact on income of farmers.The development of agricultural production and management has important sense to maintain steady of agriculture and to promote agricultural development.So the problem of agricultural production and management was the thing that we have to carry weight.With the development of rural-urbanization and rural modernization,peasant differentiation,rural labor transfer,concurrent business,labor shortage and land fragmentation arise.And these matters would severely disrupt agricultural production efficiency.If we want to solve these problems,we should take matter from outsourcing of agricultural production process,which is a new outsourcing mode.It can resolve labor shortage,lack of farm machinery,technological backwardness of agricultural production and so on.Then the efficiency of agricultural production will be improved.So the study on outsourcing of agricultural production process was very important to improve efficiency of agricultural production,speed up urbanization and realize agricultural modernization.Hubei Province was famous for abounds with grains and cotton,and Hubei was the important production bases in China.Jingzhou was situated in the south central part of Hubei Province.And it's belong to Jianghan Plain,where is close to the Yangtse River.Jingzhou has been called as land of plenty.So Jingzhou was very representative to be the research object.Firstly,this paper combed literature review and the exposition about outsourcing of agricultural production process.on this basis,we can have a knowledge of the relationship between peasant differentiation and outsourcing of agricultural production process.Then the investigation adopts questionnaire investigation method to examine the farmers from Honghu and Jianli.And this investigation was about the base situation and the status of outsourcing of agricultural production process of farmers.Then it arranged and analyzed the field researches.On this foundation,This article will analyze it as follows:First of all,the thesis made an analysis on current situation of peasant differentiation.Secondly,we analyze the state of outsourcing of agricultural production process to illustrate the level and specific conditions of outsourcing of agricultural production process.Thirdly,describe the cause of choosing outsourcing of agricultural production process from the perspective of farmers.At last,make descriptive statistical analysis on the influence factors of outsourcing of agricultural production process.And discusses the different factors associated with outsourcing of agricultural production process with the method of linear regression.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Many of farmers all choose the outsourcing of agricultural production process,and most of these farmers outsource soil preparation,seeding-planting,harvesting threshing,tractor-ploughing,acquisitions and sales.(2)The base situation of householder has a great effect on the outsourcing of agricultural production process.And the age of houseolder has very remarkable positive influence on outsourcing of agricultural production process.(3)The basic character of rural family has a marked impact on the outsourcing of agricultural production process.And family farming labor brings dramatic negative effect on outsourcing of agricultural production process.The main resources of family income and land area have a prominent positive effect on outsourcing of agricultural production process,(4)Agricultural outsourcing environment has significant positive influence on outsourcing of agricultural production process.And the choose of neighbors,friends or relatives,support from village,existence of specialized cooperative organizations and regional dummies all have a great effect on the outsourcing of agricultural production process.These influence factors all have very notably positive influence to the outsourcing of agricultural production process.Based on the field investigation in Jinzhou and empirical research findings on these influence factors,the article concludes with some countermeasure and proposals to increase the amount of outsourcing,promote the development of agricultural outsourcing,speed up the realization of agricultural production and management on a large scale and agricultural modernization.
