Research On Factors That Influence Enterprise Information Technology Outsourcing Relationships

In recent years, with China’s rapid economic growth, economic structure unreasonable contradiction is increasingly outstanding. Information technology outsourcing as a kind of new industry pattern, by all levels of government attention, becomes the important direction of economic transition, ushered in the opportunity of rapid development. Through the information technology outsourcing, enterprises can reduce costs, enhance core competitiveness, improve production efficiency and enhance the enterprise ability.With the rapid development of IT outsourcing, outsourcing relationship management becomes more and more important, but IT outsourcing process may appear a lot of problems. For example, the results are not satisfactory, environment or the demand changes, may lead to the client company to change suppliers. However, changing suppliers will lead to large switching costs. Therefore, IT outsourcing cooperation becomes an important problem, and it will influence enterprise outsourcing strategy greatly.After the contract signing, IT outsourcing relationship management has become an important content of outsourcing. Outsourcing relationship implies a cross organizational benefit alliance establishment, the cooperation between the two sides, obligation and responsibility need more communication. Only in effective control of risk, outsourcing can achieve the goal of both. More and more companies pay attention to relationship management.Establishing long-term relations of cooperation is very important to realize the common interests of both. The study of the duration contributes to understand factors that effect the outsourcing relationship, help to discovery the various potential risk factors, can make both sides to take certain measures to maintain the cooperation relations and establish long-term stable cooperative relations to achieve the desired objectives. Therefore, the study of ITO relationgship is helpful for enterprises and researchers.On the basis of the IT outsourcing theory and related research, this paper analysis the factors that effect of IT outsourcing cooperation, points out ten factors that affect IT outsourcing relationship. Based on a questionnaire survey to obtain research data, factor analysis is used to optimize index system and establish the IT outsourcing relationship model. Finally, the conclusion and the further research direction are point out.
