Research On Supply Equality Management Based On System Theory

Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the economic globalization,competitions between enterprises extend to the level of the supply chain. As basic function,equality management has extended to member enterprises not only roles inside. Effectively controlling equality process and build equality management mechanisms are of significances to supply chain enterprises’ achieving market advantages. Supply chain equality management has been hot field of management research of medium level. Throughout previous researches,scholars focused on equality strategy in single enterprise, ignored equality management in the environment of supply chain. What’s more, previous researches simplifying management environment by building models made perspectives limited. We are unable to deconstruct theory of supply chain equality management in a view of system. On this base, this paper resolves supply chain with the philosophy thinking of system theory, researches supply chain equality management by theoretical and empirical validation. Supply chain can be regarded as a system. This paper researched it from structural components, operation process, specific mechanisms, system evaluation. The majority of research as follows:At first, the paper summarizes the views about control theory, synergy theory, grey system theory of system theory and conclude the theories about supply chain management and equality management.Then the paper analyses the supply chain equality management system from aspects of system components and running processes.Once again, the paper analyses the supply chain equality management mechanism. The paragraph is divided into four aspects, supply chain equality cooperation management mechanism, supply chain equality control management mechanism, supply chain equality culture management mechanism, supply chain equality risk management mechanism.At last the paper combines theory and practice of supply chain equality management in a view of grey system theory. The paper builds index system of supply chain equality management and confirms the weighs of indexes by AHP. What’s more, the paper uses the grey incidence analysis to evaluate effect of supply chain equality system with proof of a real calculated example. The evaluation methodology is proved scientific and objective.
