Research On The Optimization Of Rural Tourism Path In Guizhou In The New Era From The Perspective Of Industrial Life Cycle

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and set a new historical orientation for China's development.Subsequently,it has put forward supply-side structural reform,rural revitalization strategy and regional tourism development and other measures closely related to the development of tourism,which is a new development opportunity for tourism,especially rural tourism.GuiZhou is a western province with a large rural area and long history of poverty and backwardness.At the same time,more than 60% of the tourism resources are distributed in rural areas.Therefore,developing rural tourism is not only in line with the requirements of tourism development in the new era,but also an inevitable choice for GuiZhou to explore its own development according to local conditions.In fact,in the early 1980 s,the provincial tourism bureau will take the lead in introducing the concept of rural tourism and its successful practice,after 30 years of development,the rural tourism in what stage at present,this is we need first to solve the premise of research on rural tourism,at the same time,optimizing the route of rural tourism in the new age has certain guiding significance.Paper first has carried on the corresponding to rural tourism and the life cycle of the definition,at the same time,the industry life cycle theory,the industrial structure optimization theory and sustainable development theory to comb,from industry life cycle,the rural tourism and rural tourism in GuiZhou made in the relevant aspects of literature review,a certain theoretical basis for the later research;Secondly,it makes a comprehensive analysis of rural tourism resources,development environment,process and present situation.Again,in GuiZhou rural tourism industry to identify life cycle phase,based on industry life cycle theory connotation,from six dimensions,a total of12 indexes to build rural tourism industry life cycle model,the model analysis results show that the current rural tourism in GuiZhou is at the early stage of the end of the formation of the industry life cycle and growth.Finally,according to the above analysis,in draw lessons from foreign experience and beneficial practice of rural tourism,on the basis of the formation of industry life cycle according to the rural tourism in the late and early growth of reality,combined with the growth of the industry life cycle stage characteristics and the new era of tourism development,put forward the rural tourism in GuiZhou in the growth period of five growth direction: one is to speed up the pace of development,improve the rural tourism products abundance.Second,cultivate professional talents and enhance the professional service of rural tourism.Third,improve the management level,expand the effectiveness of rural tourism supervision.Fourth,adjust the industrial structure and form the pattern of rural tourism industrialization.Fifth,pay attention to economic benefits,enhance rural tourism development benefits.The specific growth path of rural tourism is proposed according to the growth direction.First,improve rural tourism supporting facilities.Second,improve the quality of rural tourism services.Third,standardize the supervision and construction of rural tourism.Fourth,to create rural tourism characteristic products.Fifth,extend the rural tourism industry chain.Sixth,promote the smart development of rural tourism.Meanwhile,the sustainable development of rural tourism is of vital importance in combination with the evolution process of the whole industrial life cycle.To promote sustainable rural tourism,we need: first,we need to give priority to ecology and take a new path of green development.Second,protect cultural connotation and reduce excessive commercialization.Third,promote the quality and efficiency,improve tourism satisfaction.Fourth,we need to practice a holistic approach and expand the scale of tourism.
