| To 2000 years,China 's urbanization development into a new rapid development stage make China's urbanization level reached 36%,but refer to other countries China's urbanization level is not high.Over the past 30 years,the traditional urbanization model of industrialization driven by urbanization has led to a large number of urban diseases,environmental ecological problems,industrial pollution,urban and rural dual structure and a series of problems.In order to promote the construction of urbanization stable and healthy development,the new government leadership has put forward the concept of "new urbanization" and developed a "national new urbanization plan(2014-2020)" for the development of new urbanization in China pointed out the correct direction.The level of urbanization in Yanbian County has been lower than that of the same county level as a county in Panxi area,its special geographical location and natural,social and economic conditions in the development of new urbanization process will meet a lot of special problems,there is no precedent for the evaluation of the region from the perspective of building a new urbanization index system at the same time for the Panxi region of the study.So study on the evaluation of the new urbanization index system in Yanbian County to promote the construction of Small Mountain towns in western China,the healthy development of local cities are of great significance.This paper takes Yanbian County as the research object,comprehensive evaluation of horizontal,vertical and different time points of new urbanization level and constructing the new urbanization index system of Yanbian County by constructing the index system.First of all,establish a theoretical basis through the definition of new urbanization related concepts.Secondly,comment on the existing evaluation method of urbanization index system and analyze the pros and cons of each evaluation method in order to determine the use of this comprehensive evaluation system and based on the selection of indicators based on the principle of selection of evaluation indicators,to build a new urbanization index system model.Thirdly,analysis of regional research and urbanization development characteristics,then establishment of new urbanization indicator system model in Yanbian County based on the problems and constraints of research area.At last,comprehensive evaluation of horizontal,vertical and different time points of new urbanization level through the establishment of the index system model.Suggestions on how to reduce the difference of new urbanization level in Yanbian County and promote the development of new urbanization level in Yanbian County through the new urbanization level for the time difference and regional differences in the causes.Through the analysis of the new urbanization in Yanbian County,the following conclusions drawn are: First,the new urbanization level in Yanbian County has steadily increased during the period from 2006 to 2015.The new urbanization level of Yanbian County has been slightly reduced from 2008 to 2010,the reason is that the population in 2010 after the relative increase in the trend.Secondly,the new Yanbian County urbanization level compared to Panzhihua City at a low level in 2015.Yanbian County per capita GDP and urbanization rate lower than the Panzhihua City,these two secondary indicators have the greatest weight is the main influencing factors of the new urbanization development level in Yanbian County is lower than that in Panzhihua City.Thirdly,Yanbian County and the remaining one county three new urbanization level compared to the lowest level,because the gap between economic power and population transfer.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the influencing factors of the development of new urbanization in Yanbian County: leading the healthy development of urban economy,improving the quality of rural population transfer,coordinating the development of urban and rural integration,and optimizing the living environment. |
