Study On Organic Connectivity Between Small Farmers And Modern Agriculture

With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the relatively low efficiency of agriculture is becoming more and more obvious,the farmers are aging,who will plant the farmland in the future,and how to plant the farmland will become an important problem to be solved.In order to ensure the increase of farmers' income,promote the development of agricultural modernization,consolidate the foundation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and accelerate the process of modernization in China,the party put forward the important measures to link small farmers with modern agriculture.In this context,this paper mainly focuses on the study of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,and on the basis of the existing relevant studies,systematically expounds the current situation of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,this paper analyzes the realistic problems and their causes,and further probes into the ways to realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.The thesis includes four parts including introduction.The research is carried out along the logic train of thought of the current achievements,the current situation,the practical problems and the realization path.The introduction introduces the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the current situation of the topic and makes a comment,and explains the research ideas,difficulties,innovations and research methods.The second part has carried on the system elaboration to this topic related concept and the theory foundation: defined the small farmer and the modern agriculture core concept,analyzed combs with the topic closely related theory,Marxism's theory of land transfer,Marxism's theory of modern agriculture and systems theory.The third part analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.Make clear the achievements of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,analyze the existing practical problems and make an analysis of its influencing factors.The fourth part,combined with the current situation of small farmers and modern agricultural development,put forward a targeted approach to the reality: strengthening the leadership of the party,supporting small farmers to develop modern agriculture,speeding up the construction of modern agricultural system,summarizing the effective mode of linking small farmers with modern agriculture systematically and strengthening the support to agriculture and the protection of farmers' interests.The research methods used in this paper are as follows: Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture at home and abroad by using the method of literature research.A holistic study is made of the results of the research,the main approaches to development,the progress made,the lessons learned and the future trends.The study found that agricultural development at home and abroad has universality and particularity.The universality is manifested in pursuing sustainable development,strengthening the support to agriculture,perfecting the subsidy policy for small-scale farmers and putting in advanced production factors.The particularity shows that the specific path of agricultural development is not universal,and the agricultural development must consider the objective reality of each country and choose the development path that accords with the reality.Secondly,the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the current situation,main methods and the base of agricultural development of small farmers and modern agriculture.The results show that the development of agriculture can't be cut across the board,and the scale of agricultural operation should be adapted to local conditions.We can't blindly too fast flow out of the land of small farmers and adhere to the principle of "big is big,small is small".Thirdly,using the cross-research method to synthesize the theory,method and achievement of multi-discipline to research the organic joint systematic engineering,in order to seek the solution of the problem.Finally,two ways to promote the moderate scale of agricultural management are studied by using the method of combining static analysis with dynamic analysis.That is,new agricultural management main body land circulation transformation scale management and service main body service-driven scale management.The results show that both paths can play an effective and positive role in static theory,but there are different degrees of problems in the dynamic development process,and It is necessary to coordinate various factors in practice to promote the moderate scale operation of agriculture.
