Compensation management is the core content of enterprise human resource management,and also the most basic and effective incentive means.From the point of view of modern enterprise human resource management,compensation has many functions,such as improving employees' attitude,behavior,performance and realizing enterprise strategy and business objectives.Salary system to convey to employees what kind of behavior is constrained and what kind of behavior to encourage,become a reflection of corporate values.Therefore,it is an important task for the organization to design and implement a fair and reasonable salary system.In this paper,the theory of pay satisfaction as the starting point,the staff pay satisfaction survey.And use the relevant knowledge to analyze the results of salary satisfaction survey,to understand the current situation of BY company's salary system,find out the problem and find the root of the problem.And through the theory of salary management to solve the problem,so as to establish the salary system for BY company.Company,can provide some reference value for the reform of the salary system of the state-owned enterprises.
