Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220kV Transmission And Transformation Project

In recent years,China's investment in power construction projects is gradually increasing.To meet the needs of electricity by the economic development,more and more power construction projects continue to be launched.On the basis,the comprehensive evaluation of electric power construction projects is of great significance.By using the entropy method and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of comprehensive evaluation of Tangshan Chen Jiapu 220 kV power transmission project,this paper can not only provide the basis for the project and the subsequent construction management,but also to provide a reference for similar project construction decision.The article introduces the research background and significance of the comprehensive evaluation of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project,summaries research status of project comprehensive evaluation,and introduces the main research methods.the article introduces some theories of project comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project,such as the general principles and procedures of the comprehensive evaluation of the project,the contents of the comprehensive evaluation of the project,the method of comprehensive evaluation of the project.Then,the paper constructed comprehensive evaluation index system of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project,such as the principles of index system,the construction of economic evaluation index system,technical evaluation index system and socialal evaluation index system.Next,the paper constructed comprehensive evaluation model of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project,including using entropy weight method to determine the weight of evaluation index,the steps and basic contents of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.On the basis,this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation model of transmission and transformation project.Fifth,this paper comprehensive evaluates Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project,including the summary of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project,the index analysis of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project,the determination of index weights of comprehensive evaluation of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project,the determination of the degree of membership of each index and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Tangshan Chenjiapu 220 kV transmission and transformation project.The evaluation index system established in this paper is very typical and representative.All aspects of economic,social and technical aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project can be fully considered.It can apply important indicator and factors into the evaluation index system.The comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper can combine the qualitative and quantitative indicators and more accurately reflect the fuzzy state of things,so as to obtain a more scientific evaluation results.That is the evaluation system and model established in this paper provide a good decision-making basis for the project decision-making.The evaluation system and model established in this paper provide a good decision-making basis for the project decision-making.
