Inventory Collaborative Management And Information Sharing Mechanism Of Supply Chain Based On The Cloud Computing And Internet Of Things

Market competition and cooperation become more deeply in the trend ofglobalization,the enterprises have to enhance quick response to user need and reduce theoperation cost,especially the inventory cost.The supply of chain is faced to higherrequirements in this situation.The traditional inventory management of supply chain are the VMI, JMI, CPFR andother methods, but they are required to share and exchange the information quickyly insupply of chain, especially the CPFR. The traditional technology methods as the EDI andbar code can not resolve this problem effectively. So, the purpose of the dissertation is toresolve the problem.With in-depth study and to apply the core ideas and technology of the cloudcomputing and internet of things to supply of chain, the new system of the supply of chainis built to realize the data sharing and rapid exchange, improve efficiency of supply ofchain and implement inventory coordination management.The results of this study is to establish the inventory management system of the supplyof chain based on cloud computing and internet of things, research the process of the data ishighly collaborative and sharing,to resolve the problem of information sharing in thetraditional inventory management of supply of chain.Through the comparative analysis between the traditional inventory managementsystem of supply of chain and the new system, we can conclude the new system has greatsuperiority in the quick response,global sharing and low cost.The innovation of this article is to improve the traditional inventory managementsystem of supply of chain by the method of the cloud computing and internet of things,andbuild the new system of the inventory collaborative management of supply of chain.
