Research On The Efficiency Evaluation Of China's Logistics Listed Enterprises

With the continuous development of economy and society,logistics industry as an important part of the national economy,which has become increasingly prominent in optimizing the industrial structure,promoting social transformation and other areas.In recent years,the government also actively support and develop the logistics industry policy,to provide a good environment to the development of logistics industry in china.The rapid development of China's logistics industry,However,at the same time the high cost of logistics industry.Logistics enterprises operating efficiency is not high,on the one hand the high cost of logistics enterprises,while the other side of the logistics enterprises output is seriously inadequate.The inefficiency of logistics enterprises has been the facing the problem of China's logistics industry.Therefore,the study of the efficiency of logistics enterprises is of great significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts of logistics,logistics enterprises,efficiency and so on,and explains on the efficiency of logistics enterprises.The data envelopment analysis(DEA)in the non-parameter method is used as a method to measure the efficiency of logistics enterprises,After comparing the five methods of parameter measurement and non-parametric method of enterprise efficiency measurement.Secondly,this paper summarizes and combs the existing research results,constructs the input and output efficiency evaluation index system of logistics enterprises,takes the fixed assets,the staff salaries and the main business cost as the input indicators,the total profit,the main business income as the output indicators.DEA and Malmquist productivity index model are expounded in this paper.The two basic models of CCR model and BBC model in data envelopment analysis(DEA)are expounded in this paper.The results show the adaptive analysis of the data envelopment analysis(DEA)and Malmquist productivity index method.Thirdly,this paper uses the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)and Malmquist productivity index method to analyze the input and output data of the 31st logistics listed companies from 2009 to 2015 in China,to give the static evaluation of the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and to give the dynamic evaluation of the total number productivity changes,technical efficiency changes,technological progress changes,based on the data of the 31 logistics listed companies in these years which are classified as air transport logistics enterprises,shipping logistics enterprises and transport logistics enterprises.'Finally this paper summarizes the conclusions and puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of logistics enterprises from the three aspects:the technology,the scale and the type of the logistics enterprises.
