Research On Risk Management Of H Fmcg Distribution Center Project In Nanning

In the logistics system,city distribution center is a nexus position,especially the professional distribution center as the infrastructure to achieve logistics professional function become the future construction of a logistics infrastructure frontier.City Distribution Center construction operation is a complex process,at different stages,there are many risk factors,the need to consider a variety of uncertainties,such as the logistics demand is sustainable,the location is reasonable and stable political and economic environment,the management is reasonable and so on.This paper focuses on the research of risk management theory,according to the characteristics of city distribution center,combined with the theory of risk management,risk management analysis of characteristics of city distribution center,elaborate the main points of risk management of city distribution center.The Nanning city H FMCG distribution center is described,and from the background of the project,the project is reasonable,the project management is analyzed,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to identify H FMCG major risk two levels of goods distribution center,all kinds of risk factors in the project construction and operation process of three in the stage of.Secondly,the paper uses fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the risk of urban distribution center project.This paper takes Nanning H FMCG distribution center as an example,risk identification,risk evaluation of Nanning City Distribution Center project,based on the risk rating of the project,according to the characteristics of different levels of risk,according to the project risk response theory respectively,put forward the corresponding risk coping strategies.Finally,according to the characteristics of the current city distribution center in Nanning,the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions respectively in two aspects of enterprise and government.
