In recent years,with Vietnam’s accession to the WTO,and gradually opening up the international market,more and more multinational companies began to enter Vietnam.Vietnam has relatively stable political environment,good economic base,cheap labor.As Chinese neighbors,Vietnam has always maintained good relations of cooperation with China,and is the implementation of the "China an important destination of going out strategy.But because of the policy changing frequently,high risk of default,the competition for Vietnamese market share,the impact of inflation,the shortage of high-quality talents and so on,there are still many problems and difficulties in the investment of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.Based on the literature review,this paper analyzes the investment environment and the problems and difficulties of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.And through the case study,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the future investment of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.Firstly we should start from the political aspect,timely understanding of Vietnam’s economic policies,establish and perfect China overseas investment laws and regulations,strengthen the leadership meeting between both sides,improve the existing information services system etc..Secondly,we should start from the economic aspects,the reasonable choice of the investment industry,the right choice of investment,the use of localization strategy,to take a variety of investment patterns,etc..Again from the social point of view,the establishment of Chinese enterprises to invest in Vietnam risk fund,respect for local customs,take the necessary social responsibility,know how to deal with the media.Then from the aspects of talent localization,strengthen the training of local staff,the actual understanding of the local situation,close contact with local residents.Finally,from the aspects of competition with Japan and South Korea,to establish China’s brand image,focus on the quality of products and services,focusing on long-term development of enterprises.
