At present,with the deepening of the domestic democratic reforms,Burma shows a tendency of good social and economic development.Transportation industry as an important industry,the country especially in myanmar minerals and forest products play an important role in foreign trade export.At present,in the face of the Association of South-east Asian Nations(ASEAN)regional integration development request,especially the regional integration of customs clearance requirements for the development of transportation industry,transportation and myanmar formed by the rapid development of increasingly fierce market competition,the transportation industry has gradually realize the importance of staff training and value,and to plunge into the corresponding human,material and financial resources to carry out staff training in the transportation industry.In this paper,Myanmar transport enterprise employees as the object of study,combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature,put forward the corresponding assumptions,the establishment of staff training,job satisfaction and job performance between the three models,and each variable set corresponding Dimensions.In this paper,reliability and validity tests are carried out to ensure reliability and validity.The relationship among the three dimensions of employee training,job satisfaction and employee performance are studied.Then,the relationship between the three dimensions is analyzed.In addition,this article also studies the job satisfaction between employee training and job performance between the intermediary role.The results show that:the staff training has a positive effect on the improvement of job performance;the positive effect of staff training on job satisfaction;the positive effect of job satisfaction on job performance;job satisfaction in staff training And the impact of job performance plays a part of the intermediary role.Finally,corresponding Suggestions are put forward in this paper,according to the conclusion:1.Attach importance to staff training,improve the training system,including staff training awareness,perfect training system,provide for the training content,etc.;2.Improve work itself satisfaction,including lifting work itself satisfaction,establish an effective incentive mechanism,improve compensation satisfaction,etc.;3.To strengthen performance management,and constantly enhance the level of employee job performance,including work to meet the requirements of the staff development,build good relationship with colleagues and encourage employees to self improvement,etc.Through staff training,job satisfaction and job performance among the effective interaction and influence,in order to improve the development of the transportation industry as a whole.
