In recent years,with the improvement of economic level,people's lives have been improved,people's demand for travel is more and more strongly,and people also pay more attention to the pursuit of tourism products.This has led to an endless stream of new products in the tourism market,and a variety of tourism forms.In such an environment,the hibernation tourism comes into being.As early as many years ago,the foreign scholars have begun to pay attention to the development of hibernation tourism,but the domestic research on hibernation tourism is relatively less.However,as one of the important participants in tourism development,the residents' perception and attitude to tourism development are directly related to the healthy development of local tourism.As one of the major domestic hibernation tourism destination,every winter there are a large number of tourists in Haikou City,which has caused different degrees of impact on the lives of local residents.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to study the local residents' perception and attitude to the impact of hibernation tourism,so as to provide suggestions for the development of hibernation tourism.Based on the previous studies and combined with the current development of hibernation tourism in Haikou City,this paper takes Haikou city residents as the research object,designs the questionnaire of residents' perception and attitude to the hibernation tourism impact,and finally distributes the questionnaire in four major urban districts of Haikou City randomly.In this study,the factor analysis is used to analyze the main aspects that affect residents'perception.The variance analysis is used to analyze the influence of demographic characteristics on residents' perception and attitude.The cluster analysis is used to divide the residents into different attitude groups.The correlation analysis is used to analyze the internal relationship between residents' perception and attitude.And the regression analysis is used to explain the relationship between residents' perception and attitude furtherly.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,the main conclusions of this paper are drawn,and some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the sustainable development of hibernation tourism in Haikou City.The conclusions drawn in this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The residents' perception and attitude to hibernation tourism in Haikou City can be explained from four aspects:economic benefits,environmental and social?cultural benefits,environmental and social?cultural costs and economic costs.Among them,residents'perception of economy is stronger than environmental and social?culture,and positive perception is stronger than negative perception.(2)The demographic characteristics of the residents(gender,age,education,the main living area,occupation and the proportion of tourism income accounted for household income)affect their perception and attitude to hibernation tourism.Among them,the main living area makes the biggest difference in the residents' perception to hibernation tourism impact,followed by occupation.(3)According to the differences of residents' perception and attitude to hibernation tourism,the residents can be divided into three categories:supporters,opponents,waiters.Among them,the proportion of supporters and waiters is respectively 46.59%and 44.21%,which is basically the same.The proportion of opponents is 9.20%,which the lowest.(4)There is an internal relationship between the residents' perception and attitude,and perception will affect their attitude to the development of hibernation tourism.The residents'attitude to hibernation tourism development has a significant positive correlation with the economic benefits and environmental and social?cultural benefits brought by the hibernation tourism,has a significant negative correlation with the economic costs,and has no significant correlation with environmental and social?cultural costs.Among them,the economic benefit factor has the greatest impact on residents' attitude,followed by the economic cost factor,and the environmental and social?cultural benefit factor has the least impact on residents' attitudes.
