Economic development and the improvement of people's health awareness,so China's medical device industry ushered in the development of new opportunities.Whether it is the hospital's high-end medical equipment or convenient home medical equipment will usher in the rapid growth of demand.China's medical equipment industry development prospects.However,in the rapid development of medical equipment industry at the same time,medical equipment companies increasingly exposed their sales person effective incentive system and the constraints of the system is not perfect,has become a major constraint to the healthy and rapid development of the main contradictions.In this paper,LB medical instrument company as the research subject,the specific analysis of its incentive system optimization.First,introduce the basic situation of LB medical instrument company,analyze the status of its sales person incentive system.Second,through the online survey questionnaires and interviews in the form of understanding of LB instruments equipment company sales person of the current company's incentive system and the satisfaction of the incentive system optimization prospects.Further analysis of LB medical instruments company incentive system problems.Finally,on the basis of the analysis results,this paper puts forward the method of optimizing the incentive system of LB medical instruments company from the reality of the company.Through this study,this paper argues that LB medical instruments company has a lack of scientific lack of incentive system,lack of assessment methods and other issues,affecting the sales person' s job satisfaction and enthusiasm.It is necessary to optimize the incentive system of LB medical instruments company from personnel assessment,salary system and restraint mechanism.This paper aims to explore the optimization of the incentive system of sales person by studying the case of LB medical instruments company,and it will be helpful for the optimization of sales incentive system of LB instruments company and the promotion of sales personn's incentive system of other companies in the similar company.
