With the improvement of people’s quality of life, high-end health products industry has also ushered in a golden age of rapid development. The growth in the number of the rich and the expansion of the scale of wealth, soaring raw material prices of high-end health care products, as well as high-end health products market demand continues to expand, it highlights the enormous potential for the development of the industry. However, while the health products industry is booming, high-end health products companies found that salespeople is lack of effective incentive and restraint, which seems to be the key issue of restricting the healthy development of enterprises.This study will take the high-end health products SLC of JZ Company as the research object. At first, it introduces the basic profile of SLC products briefly and analyses in detail of the sales team building and incentive system implemented. Secondly, through satisfaction surveys, the article makes further dissect in the issue of current salesperson incentive system on the basis of SLC salesperson’s need and satisfaction. Lastly, based on the analysis of this problem and learned experience and practices from other relative company, it will put forward the improvement measurement and suggestion of JZ company SLC salesperson incentive system from the view of company reality.The article aims to provide a certain reference value in the incentive system improvement, not only of the sales team of JZ SLC line but also of other companies.
