Status Evaluation And Development Countermeasures Of Automobile Maintenance Service Industry In Nanning

September 2014,the National Ministry of Communications united the National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Education,Ministry of Industry and Commerce,Ministry of Public Security and other ministries pubished the "Opinions on Promoting the Transformation and Upgrading of the Automotive Repair Industry to Improve Service Quality"(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions")together.The "Opinions" is aimed at the problem like irrational structure,non-standard development,low level service,business dishonesty of the automobile maintenance service industry in China,putting forward the improvement strategy that taking the national policy and law as safeguard,driving by the growth demand of automobile maintenance consumption,and taking the Internet information technology as power,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry,improve the quality of service.So that it can promote the development of automobile maintenance industry comprehensively.Now,although the automobile maintenance industry of Nanning has achieved certain development,however,there are many problems such as the management system is not perfect,laws and regulations are lagging behind,market structure is not good,non-standard development,Maintenance information is monopolized,market order is confused,employees and low quality,the level of service is not high,consumption is opaque and dishonest,and so on.It isn’t consistent with new situation and new requirement,There is a certain gap between the goals and requirement of the"Opinions".Therefore,how according to the actual situation of Nanning by taking the "Opinions" as the principle,to solve the problems of the industry,thus,it can promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry,improve service quality,which has practical significance to promote the development of Nanning automobile maintenance industry.This paper takes automobile maintenance enterprise of Nanning(six)as the object of study.First of all,it collects the experts’ opinion about status of the industry through the expert investigation method.Secondly,it bases on the expert data,using AHP_fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,to evaluat status of the industry comprehensively.After of that,it uses interpretative structural modeling of systems engineering,to analysis the problems of the industry,clear primary and secondary problems.Last,based on the results of evaluation and analysis,it can put forward development countermeasure from the promotion of industry transformation and upgrading,improving the quality of service,playing a role of industry regulation.The main research results of this paper are the combination of theory and practice.Through field investigation,combining with the guidance of professional professors and industry experts,this paper uses the scientific analysis method,in order to understand of the status quo of Nanning auto repair service industry comprehensivly,clear the main problems of the industry,and put forward the.corresponding improvement measures as well.So it can provide reference for the development of automobile maintenance service industry in Nanning.
